Throughout his career, he has led numerous web and mobile application development projects across teams of various sizes.
He has hands-on experience in building business and professional partnerships as well as selling complex digital solutions. His expertise extends beyond project management to include the optimization of business processes within agencies.
As Head of Business Development, he is responsible for strategic tasks such as developing sales processes and the service portfolio, as well as enhancing and optimizing the agency’s digital operations. Thanks to his IT project management background, he is able to foster smooth collaboration between technological and business stakeholders, contributing to successful implementation.
